2024 Fall Registration for FOOTBALL

***** Age and Weighted divisions*****

·  Player’s division is determined by player’s age as of July 31, 2024.

                Divisions: Weighted: Tiny Mites (age 5-7, 35-80lbs.)

                                  Age Based: 9U, 10U, 11U, 13U

·  First practice will be on August 1^st (Separate conditioning practice emails will be sent out for activity prior to August 1^st)

·  ***PHYSICAL FORM for 2024 MUST be filled out prior by doctor prior to August 1^st practice***

Registration Fees will cover:

Game Jersey (player can keep)

Game Pants w/pads (player can keep)

Game Socks (player can keep)

Dry Fit Shirt (player to keep)

Book bag (player to keep)

Players to provide for practice:

Practice Jersey

Practice Pants with pads in them (preferably Black)

Cleats

Mouthpiece

Organization will provide:

Helmet (Return at end of season)

Shoulder Pads (Return at end of season)
